Looks like we got stalled out traveling around the world. But lets head our way into the beautiful Italy. If you are physically at Epcot this is truly one of my favorite spots. So many great photo moments! Plus make sure you grab some vino in the wine shop. You can even buy bottles of wine in there which I make it a tradition to do each visit. The chianti and rose are phenomenal. Ok on to our series at home...we decided to make bruschetta. This is an easy and fresh dish to make. I love buying the cherry tomatoes, sometimes the multicolored ones as well, cut up fresh basil, mozzarella (the kind in the water is the most moist), salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix it all together then place on the crostini biscuits. Then drizzle balsamic glaze on top. This is the kicker for me...drizzling that balsamic glaze vs the balsamic oil...it just makes this dish "perfecto"!
We bought some petite cannoli's and paired all of this with Prosecco! hmmm..
